Social Responsibility

We have always believed in 'putting something back' into the community by helping the less privileged through sponsorship and hands-on involvement.

We have supported the Bumble Bee Fund since 2011, our ‘Den Anker’ cycle tops have had various editions through the years and many a proud cyclist has participated in The Cape Town Cycle Tour to raise money for children in need of mobility equipment, which is the mission of the Bumble Bee Fund.

We support the V&A program, Heart of Filling the Belly by working with community kitchens and offering our skills to enable these organizations to create micro economies within their communities.

One of our proudest projects to date hands down is assisting Ladles of Love during the COVID19 pandemic. We operated a soup kitchen from our premises from April – September of 2020 providing hot meals to over 100 000 people.

The Rhulani Mabasa Foundation in Johannesburg works to uplift and offer sports coaching to youths in Meadowlands, Soweto. We have a partnership that ranges from meals for the children participating in the program to brainstorming ideas to improve the lives of the leaders of tomorrow through sport and learning.
